I had to call twice, as I did not get a sufficiently helpful first-time response, which was handled by respective answering machines. The repairman showed up when he was scheduled. He was polite and saved me money by not just replacing the whole door and/or closing mechanism. He made the repair, and Regina Corp. sentme the bill later that week, which I promptly paid. A good experience overall.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TAKING DOWN AND INSTALLING THE NEW GARAGE DOOR. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE THAT NEEDS A GARAGE DOOR.

THE INSTALLER WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND FRIENDLY. WELL ESTABLISHED COMPANY. I BOUGHT THE DOOR AND WINDOW AND THEY INSTALLED THEM. EVEN REPLACED THE FRAME AROUND THE DOOR AND BEDROOM WINDOW, AND TOOK THE OLD ONES AWAY.

REGINA ALWAYS DOES A PERFECT JOB. I HAVE USED THEM TWICE NOW AND PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN SOON. THEY ARE REASONABLE AND HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR A LONG TIME, SO THEY ARE EXPERIENCED AND KNOW THE STYLE OF HOMES IN THE AREA.
