R D APPLIANCE CAME OUT ON TIME AND THEY GOT THE PROBLEM FIXED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. MY REFRIGERATOR IS HUGE SO THEY REALLY HAD THEIR WORK CUT OUT FOR THEM. THEY DID A REAL GOOD JOB THOUGH.

THE REPAIR PERSON WAS NICE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR MY WASHER, BUT THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS GOOD. I WAS HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.
