"The house need fixing before cleaning for showing open House. Sinks and shower stalls were leaking and water came out from the broken pipes in the basement. The ceiling of the basement's bathroom was broken and cement and debris were on the shower floor. We did to clean the whole house and tried to remove the glue from the wood floor, and removed the mildew on furniture and get rid of the muddy smell in the basement as requested. Your customer (seller) leave us the house in a terrible shape for cleaning. We are able to clean the house Not to make a New One. Regardless the conditions, we cleaned the whole house. Hope you understand the situation we were in."
"We did not clean your house yesterday, there must be a misidentified us (MetroMaid) with other company. We don't send one woman to work and the charge for 4 hours would have been $320 plus sale tax. Please review your record before giving out review. Thank you for your attention."
"The reason Mr. & Mrs. [Member Name Removed] was unhappy with me because I can not continue to clean their house with less money and not enough time. I did give a promotional rate for the initial cleaning for 4 hours. And I was told to skip a dinning area and sitting room. We even spent nearly 5 hours which was my estimate. We are proud of our work. we can not lower our price for providing lower standard."
