Furniture - Sales
After reading many reviews we didn't have high expectations about a bedding purchase. Any time you read about the proliferation of returns and service problems you expect the worse.
Mattresses and More surprised us. Their salesman Mark not only knew his product well he also knew most of the products sold in our market.
He was interested in making a long term sale and guided us through choices and specifications. Of course it helped that they offer some of the finest bedding available .
Their pricing was competitive and their willingness to please obvious.
The delivery was made within 40 minutes of the promised time which is excellent in this industry.
The delivery people were enthusiastic and worked for the store. They removed our old bedding, installed the new product carefully without damaging anything.
We couldn't be happier.
