They are Geek Squad. My husband and I are as bad as technical when it comes to electronic with a hole in the wall and I need people to come and do things and put out together like serial systems, surround sounds and TVs and Best Buy by the Geek Squad is excellent. Best Buy is Geek Squad's electronic support system and they work out of best Buy, but one has to pay them independently. They had set up the appointment for me. They set it all up nicely and it's all set up together now. They programmed my universal remote and I didn't have to fix a remote control which is fantastic. It was $49.99 and they sent out two technicians to set up everything. One remote does it all and Best Buy has a series of remote and the one I got as a present from my son is a Logitech Harmony Remote and it's the best hand held one. It's quite a new experience because I haven't paid a bit of an interest on anything I've ever bought there because they have different programs like 6 months interest free, 2 years interest free and 4 years interest free and I only buy stuff there when it's on sale. I got my entire system for 4 years no interest and I paid it off a long time ago, but I still have another 2 years if I hadn't to pay on it with no interest and I bought several other things from there and it's all interest free. The quality is excellent. They have all the brands. I happened to like Samsung and I also liked Best Buy's store brand which is Insignia and I bought my flat screen Insignia TV from them and I am very happy with them. One can get any brand name they want to with Best Buy. Their store brand is also very good. They are very responsive because when I have a problem they would definitely address it and they have service contracts and they have a written policy if I don't have the receipt and if I give it to them, they would credit or do whatever for me. That is another thing that I like about them as one needs to have a receipt in some stores before they can return something, but not at Best Buy. One can go to any Best Buy and return something because it's their policy to take it back.

I had to return to Best Buy to pick up my new computer tower that I had bought the day before. I left the store and put the tower in my vehicle and left. I made one stop, and then I went home. When I went to retrieve the tower, it was gone. So I went back to Best Buy and the best they can tell me is to call 911, because it wasn't their problem. And that was a polite way of saying it. After some talking to local police, I ended up returning to Best Buy and bought another tower. Best Buy did not offer any compensation at all. I can't believe the parking lot is a "no-man's land" with no security.
