Deeply unprofessional, dishonest, and unsafe Hiring Elliott HVAC was the single worst experience we?ve ever had with a contractor. After paying a substantial 5-figure deposit for two HVAC units, only one was partially installed ? and even that work was incomplete, ineffective, and wildly unsafe as he smoked out our entire second floor through faulty installation. All of Rodwell?s and Thierry?s work has already required repair work, at additional cost, by another professional. The second unit was never produced or delivered, despite repeated promises. We gave Rodwell and his company every opportunity to make things right over the past 10 weeks: countless calls, texts, and scheduled visits that were mostly ignored or canceled at the last minute. He even ignored the BBB?Weeks turned into months of false assurances and shifting excuses. At this point, there?s no question, this was not just incompetence, but outright bad faith.
