Derek and his crew were punctual, thorough and very professional. They helped alleviate much stress from the move. Not only did they get rid of everything we did not want, they fixed holes in the walls from the tv brackets, sanitized bathrooms, cleaned out fridge, mopped floors and baseboards. The apartment was really left clean. They were amazing and I would use again.

Derek and his crew are diligent and hardworking. I just had him helped my commercial space cleaned out. He did my house sale clean last year. Overall he did four big jobs, both were very stressful and trying times. Derek was very punctual, direct and efficient in his services that it made both periods less draining. He is highly recommended and his rates are very reasonable.

There are a lot of companies out there doing what these guys do but there's no way anyone is better. They took out EVERY SINGLE THING in no time flat. They didn't so much as bump a wall and there was some big furniture that I don't even know how they got out. The house was jam packed and they fit it all in one truck. And best of all they cleaned better than most domestic services. They swept out the corners of the carpet and the baseboard before they vacuumed!!!!! Inside of fridge, top of fridge, all drawers and cabinets... CLEAN! They took out every nail and picture hanging hardware. UNBELIEVABLE! The best value of any contractor I've hired! I thought about renting a truck, hiring a couple guys, and then bringing it all to the dump myself... and then hiring a cleaner. Thankfully I had these guys come do the work. Not only did they do a better job, but if I add up all the cost they were far cheaper... without even factoring in breaking my neck moving stuff.

Came by to look at the amount of garbage. Was not a truck full, small job.Returned later to pick up .

Last fall my father in law, who lived in Brooklyn, NY, passed away, leaving his daughter (my wife) his home and possessions. After the estate sale, there was a houseful of pretty much worthless stuff, and the house itself (the floors, the walls, the bathrooms) was a terrible mess. Because we live in Maine, finding someone we could trust to get the house ready to show to potential buyers was unnerving. The owner of the company that did the estate sale recommended BMJR, Inc, with whom they often collaborate. We were extremely pleased with the clean out and clean up job Derek and his team did, and our realtor was too. It was a big house (3 stories and a huge basement), and the price was very reasonable (it was a big job!). Derek, the owner, is a very nice, trustworthy person. I strongly recommend BMJR, Inc. if you have a house that needs to be cleaned before putting it on the real estate market.

GREAT! He was organized and he supervised his team with such professionalism I was amazed. He took special care and concern with all the items being removed. I would "highly" recommend him to anyone.

After having two tags sales at my mother's 10 room house, I hired Derek to clean out the rest of the house, getting rid of tons of garbage, ripping up carpet, disposing of old furniture and other unsold items. As part of the contract anything Derek carted away, he could then sell through his own shop and keep the proceeds. So just be aware, that's why the price for this service was less than say for a regular clean out service that just takes everything to the dump.
Derek and his crew did a great job. They cleaned out everything from the basement to the attic to the refrigerator, to the garage. As part of the contract, they also removed a portion of fence that was falling down and ripped up carpets that were damaged. It was a huge job and I was very pleased with how it was done. When finished the house, basement and garage were empty and the floors swept and clean.
