 + 0 moreThey are excellent. You can call them anytime, 24 hours a day, and they walk you through it, they can find your computer and do the repairs. I normally get up at 5 in the morning, I call them, and if I have a problem, they sort it out in 20 minutes. They will also come to your house, and fix the computer if you have the package for $50. They came home and set up my MAC when I bought it. They did everything. I got my MAC at Best Buy. I have had them for 2 years. I had no problems. I renewed it in January. Best Buy can be a little pushy, but generally they can be good.
Description of Work: I use Geek Squad from Best Buy. They do repairs on your computer.
