ATLAS FLOORING

Each time I called to order flooring I was satisfied that it would be done when I was told it would be done and done right. It was always done right. I used their services many times and was satisfied each time.

It was great work, but it took over 6 weeks to get the flooring. I called them too many times before they decided to call back. The person who did the flooring came exactly at the time that he said he was coming and laid down the floor exactly in the amount of time that he said he was going to do it. The person who did the actual flooring was punctual, but the person who took the order was not. The price was what they said it would be.

The installers were short by several pieces due to what they say was an underestimate by the measurer. With all the furniture moved into another room, we were forced to wait nearly three weeks until they came back with the additional pieces to complete the job. The company stated that they couldn't get one box of material so easily and had to wait for an area delivery. Meanwhile, I called another company to inquire about the availability of these materials. The second company told me they could have it in two to three days, providing that the receiver of the material was willing to pay a $60 freight charge. Apparently, Larry from Atlas was not willing to do that to satisfy me, the customer, so he told us the story about not being able to get the material. Seems to me that Atlas just didn't want to pay the charge. I was delayed, delayed, delayed, just so Atlas could save $60.
