Ark Remodeling Consultants were here at 8 AM and they had to wait out the hard rain until 11:00 AM
The crew covered everything with drop clothes and did not leave any mess.
They took away a double roof, the old plywood, the gutters and downspouts.
They even sanded and painted my old range hood because it was still in pretty good shape.
The rain caused 1 day delay on the gutters and they did a nice job in and out of the rain.

They did an excellent job, staying until after dark to make sure all was right, including clean up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Received estimate on Monday - work done on Friday of same week.Crew was professional. Arrived at 7:20 am and finished
by 4:00 pm. They had to replace all the plywood on patio. Property was cleaned to the point that you would not even
known they were there, except for the brand new roof.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK. WE WERE NOT PLANNING ON HAVING THE SIDING DONE, BUT WE WERE GIVEN A DISCOUNTED RATE SINCE THEY DID OUR NEW ROOF ALSO; WE COULD NOT PASS IT UP.

IT WAS EASY TO READ THE ESTIMATE. EVERYTHING WAS OUT LINED FOR US ON WHAT THEY WOULD DO, THE TIME FRAME AND THE ORDER IT WOULD BE DONE. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE WORK THAT WAS DONE.
