from the initial phone call to them wishing me good luck after i told them i was not going to repair the transmission was a good overall experience

I believe that the service AAMCO Transmissions provided was good because my car is 17 years old and needed a rebuild on the transmission. It was a very good rebuild and it has lasted. It is not the first time they have done it for me and I am happy with it. To be honest, I think a customer should stick with what they need repaired and go to somebody else if it is not transmission.

They did a fantastic job. They found a couple of other problems unrelated to the transmission and they fixed those. I have no complaints. They provide a checkup for free and I've actually been for a checkup. I dealt directly with the manager of that location and I also met him when I did the checkup. They are a little higher on the price.
