+ -1 moreThe installation went fine and the system has performed well. The problem lies in their lack of response when there is an issue. I leave multiple messages and they never call back. I have to call again and again before i finally connect. Very unprofessional and unresponsive.
Description of Work: They installed a mini duct air conditioning system in our house because we have radiators and no regular ductwork..
