TV Repair
They were very prompt to reply to my inquiry. However, the problem turned out to be the cable box which I changed and found the TV working perfectly.

They were great. He was very reasonable. Nobody can be this reasonable and convenient. He came to pick the TV and then get it back. He checked if the TV is working. It really was a wonderful experience. He came right away after I called them.

When I called to ask if they would do a house call for a 27 inch portable TV, they were immediately agreeable. They scheduled the appointment at my convenience. It could have been sooner if I had been available. They arrived on time and were very pleasant and professional. They had to take the TV back to the shop, estimated 5-7 days for repair. They called 3 days later, ready to schedule delivery time. Again, done at my convenience and could have been sooner if I was able. They set it up with cable box, VCR, adjusted the color/brightness etc, without being asked.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THEY WERE NOT ONLY FAIR, BUT THEY WERE ALSO VERY CLEAR ABOUT WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HOW TO PREVENT THE PROBLEM FROM OCCURRING AGAIN. IT WAS CERTAINLY DONE IN A TIMELY AND RESPONSIVE FASHION.
