Their services were excellent. They went through every step with me; showed me the design, showed me the cabinets and we picked up the cabinets ourselves from their distributor.  Everything went perfectly the way they said and the time frame they said it would take.  Everybody was punctual on the time they came and the time they left.  They were very clean with the work that they did.  They cleaned up everyday.  The people were very friendly, the workers and the sales department.

I wasn't crazy about the work that the initial installer did and called the company. The owner (?) Billy came out and checked it. He agreed to address all my concerns and he did as promised in a reasonable timeframe, and the finished result was excellent. About six months later, I noticed the grout had cracked between my granite countertop and the backsplash. I called the company, spoke with Camille and she acknowledeged that sometimes happens, no problem, they would come back to regrout. She told me someone would call back to schedule. Three weeks later, after 3 phone calls to them, they called to schedule 3 weeks from that point. Ok, kinda slow, but at least it would be done. Two days before they were scheduled, they called and cancelled. Someone would call me to reschedule. Called and left messages for both Heather and Camille, as well as Billy. Three weeks later, still no return call - I went to another tile place and told them my problem. The guy said, "Duh, you're not supposed to grout to a granite countertop. He explained that changes in humidity caused the wood cabinets that the granite rested on to shift ever so slightly to crack the grout to the backsplash. He told me to remove the grout and seal with a silicone caulk the same color as the grout. I did it in little over an hour. And the guy was right, I haven't had a problem since. I remember a floor guy telling me about humidity causing the wood to expand and contract, but it never occurred to me about the cabinets. Obviously, it didn't occur to the tile installer either. Work performed was a B+, the cracked grout was really a minor thing that became big. The responsiveness was definitely an F. Oh, and they did call to reschedule, about a week after I had to do it myself. The water from the sink got into the wall behind the tile.

I visited the showroom to get ideas for countertops a few times and met with different designers and staff each time. I settled on the granite. They referred me to the fabricator and I chose the slab. I met with Camille and chose a sink, faucet and garbage disposal. She had good suggestions and listened to what I wanted and described and found beautiful Kohler sink and faucet. Angelica coordinated the template and installation dates and ensured that the plumber came the same day. The fabricator removed the countertops and backsplash the same day as the new granite installation. Robin suggested a beautiful tumbled marble tile with mosaic tiles for the backsplash. Lovely. Brian installed it. They were very responsive and did a beautiful job.

Billy came on New Years Eve to give us an estimate. He was quick and very informative on how the work could be done. I went to their showroom to view the tile that he was suggesting and immediately saw that it was perfect for the room, I could not get over how inexpensive the tile was (and it is a major tile manufacturer). The office was good in communicating when the work would be done and what the process would be. They were on time each day and finished the job exactly as planned.

THEY WERE EXCELLENT AND COURTEOUS. THEY TREATED THE HOUSE AS IF IT WAS THEIR OWN. THEY WERE NEAT, CLEAN AND CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WE ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THEM AGAIN WHEN WE REDO OUR BATHROOMS.

THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE, AND THEY WERE PROMPT AND BROUGHT THE TILE WITH THEM, AND IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. THEY WERE VERY NICE. I WAS HAPPY, AND IT HAS HELD UP VERY WELL.
