Efficient, neat and patient.  Took time to test and explain all aspects.  Subsequent follow up has been very responsive and helpful

Two workmen spent a day installing the alarm system. The owner was not on site. They had difficulty dropping wires from the attic to the basement. What normally would take 10 minutes took over three hours. They had to open the dropped ceiling in various places in my finished basement, and did nothing to protect valuable items and a computer right underneath, nor did they ask me to move anything, although I did anyway. They helped themselves to some wood in my basement that they needed to mount the alarm panel on and used some of my tools without putting them back in the proper place. They also turned on the heat by mistake when they needed to disconnect a thermostat (this was July). The job was supposed to be finished in one day but they could not complete it. I wanted them to come back the next day to complete the job, but they told me they had other jobs scheduled. Unfortunately, for the next few weeks my schedule did not permit them to finish, so the job hung in limbo for a month. At the conclusion of the installation, one of the workman gave me a brief lesson on the operation of the system. The owner came by at another time and spent a little more time with instruction and was willing to answer my questions.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF INSTALLING WINDOW AND DOOR SENSORS WHERE I WANTED THEM. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE NEEDING AN ALARM.
