Affordable Roofing

Took a couple guys two days to rip off and replace new roof. Used timberline shingles and cleaned up really well after themselves. Quote was great, compared to other companies in the area.

After the extraordinary amount of snow we have gotten, I found the roof had started leaking at one of the corners of the house. There was a large amount of ice and snow that had settled in the gutter causing the water to back up onto the roof. I called affordable roofing and within 30 mins they responded and had my whole roof cleaned within 1 1/2 hr. They then cleaned up all the walkways and driveway where the snow had been shoveled from the roof. They did a fantastic job and the price was the same as the estimate I received over the phone. Very professional and fast service.

Their estimate was about one-half the price of the competition and they completed the job in a day.  They were on time and hard-working.  They left a small leak because the flashing was old and they didn't replace because they didn't estimate the cost on their original estimate.  When I called about the leak they were very responsive and even crawled up to my attic to make sure the leak had been repaired.
Because there isn't any room between my and my neighbor's house there were a couple of issues with encroaching on property.  But in the end my neighbor used Affordable Roofing to repair their own roof and were very satisfied with the service.
This is a SMALL company who has repaired the roofs of at least 3 houses in my neighborhood.  I highly recommend their services.

They did an amazing job and all in one day.

Affordable Roofing is professional and AFFORDABLE.  Their estimate came in at $2,000 less than the other contractors we had contacted.  We were a little concerned since the Affordable Roofing is a mom and pop business with the husband and wife handling all the details, however, everything went very smoothly.  The materials were ordered, the crew arrived on time, the work was done within a day and the our yard was left in better shape than when work had begun.  They are a great little company and I highly recommend them.

Excellent results.  Came on appointed date, all materials were delivered on time and at cost predicted.  Only had to replace a little wood (less than 1 4x8 sheet total)  Worked quickly and efficiently, were done in a single day.  Had to have repairs done on chimney from previous work done on house.  Mason recommended by roofer did his work in a timely manner and worked well with the roofing personnel.  Did a great job cleaning up, were pleasant and professional.  All in all a very pleasant experience.  We had a leak in the roof that various contractors  were unable to locate and repair, which is why we elected to have the entire roof done.  So far no sign of the leak.  For price, professionalism and quality, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.  They came in $2000-$6000 dollars less than any other roofer, and I'm quite satisfied with their work.

It went well.  They came out and did the job.  The job was good.  The workers did what they were contracted to do.  I had to pay for the materials myself in advance.  That's the only thing I wasn't too crazy about.  It's the first time I had to do that.  I had to call up the company and give them my credit card.  They ordered the materials and I had to pay for it.  They planned to work on the same day that the materials arrived here.  Their price was in the same area as that of another provider that I had contacted.

I called them and they came the next day. They were prompt, and they fixed the leak for less than $100.00. That was a little over a year ago, and the roof has not leaked in that spot since then. I would call them again if I ever have another problem with my roof.

I called and got the estimate from Susan and she said give her a day to get a crew together and she would get back to me. I had to end up calling her back and she said she hasn t got to it yet, give her more time and she will get back to me. It has been 15 days and she has never called to let me know anything. A friend did me a favor and my roof did get repaired but I would never recommend Affordable Roofing as they were very unprofessional and didn't even acknowledge me. When I spoke with her the last time her tone in her voice was just very rude toward me like my job was not important enough.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY GOT THE WORK DONE QUICKLY. THEY DID THE WORK OVER THE WEEKEND. HE ASKED US IF THAT WOULD BE FINE, WE AGREED, & THAT GOT THE WORK DONE MORE QUICKLY. HE PROVIDED AN ACCURATE ESTIMATE.

IT WAS JUST REALLY GOOD. THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT IT TOOK WAS GOOD. THEY WERE VERY QUICK. IT WAS A VERY GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL, AND THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY WELL AND VERY PROFESSIONALLY.
