Reluzco Contracting Corp

I would not recommend this company. I am not sure if he subbed my work out or what happened. The owner Will Reluzco promised to provide flashing, and when the job was done there was no flashing. He promised ice shield around the whole perimeter and when the job was done, I looked under the shingles and there was none!!! He lied to me saying he would tare it up and put the ice shield-he did not. He used improper fasteners under the flat roof section. He showed up early to be paid, and was aggressive over the flashing issue. I attempted to stop payment when I discovered the ice shield was missing (it was in the contract) but it was too late he had cashed my check immediately.

Will & Bill were extremely knowledgeable and professional. From the beginning they took the time to explain our options at the different price points giving us the pros and cons of each. His workers were very professional, and we liked how it was the same workers each day, so we got to know them. There were a few days when we were at home when the work was being done and they were extremely respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. The work quality was also top notch. We can actually see outside our skylights now! Even after the work was finished Bill, the painter, stopped by to see if there was anything he missed, and he told us to feel free to call him at any time. Overall, we were extremely pleased with their work product.
