According to the office staff they will service Carmel and Brewster but not Garrison or Cold Spring I was left to final another Plumber.

Late on Friday afternoon our water heater broke, called several companies and no one would give me an estimate for either when they could come out or price except Aquaduct. They said they would be out the next morning with a new hot water heater. Derrick showed up promptly with the heater put down floor covering before he started. He was neat, courteous and friendly through out the process and did through job of cleaning up afterwards. In less than 24 hours we had our new hot water heater and some of the companies I did call never did call me back. The owner called me several times before Derrick arrived to keep me informed of his arrival. A very good experience with them and I will use them for all my plumbing needs going forward.

Aqueduct is one of the most professional companies I've used for anything in the home. They stand by their work and give you various estimates before starting. That service comes at a high price, though. I will definitely use them for smaller jobs, but I would contact a few companies for estimates if the job is big.

The technician, Keith, was by FAR the most patient, articulate, and courteous person who ever did plumbing work in my house. He also seemed very knowledgeable; a real master at what he does. (Though honestly, as a layman, I am in no position to judge the expertise of highly-skilled tradespeople.) In any case, the bottom line is that he fixed the problem. And, wow, was he patient with my questions. Answered them all in simple everyday English. I really hate it when contractors assume that the customer understands their lingo and jargon -- and the detailed workings of boilers. If that were true, we would just fix these things ourselves! So, it was very refreshing to have everything explained to me in a conversational, though not patronizing, way. The "small things" were also done very well: He was punctual, wore slippers, and cleaned up when he was done. I am very pleased, and will give them more business.

Replaced defective part without any warranty. Company suggested replacing whole faucet assembly with new unit at very high prices up to $800+

This was a new house for us. We were "auditioning" different installers to see which we liked the best to provide on-going maintenance. we asked them to do a season start-up and also submit proposals for additional work. Their prices for the additional work were much higher than the other companies we spoke with and they found things that were wrong and needed to be redone that no one else found. I believe other reviewers had also found their prices to be high and that they recommended work that didn't need to be done. That might be a pattern. On the other hand, they were punctual and courteous when in the house and even brought their own door mat to wipe their shoes on before they went in. Maybe just a gimmick to impress?

We had heard strange noises and rattling in our boilers and subsequently lost our hot water and heating due to a burst water pipe. After trying to call 4 plumbers, we found Aqueduct Services on Angie's list and gave them a call. First off, they were one of the few plumbers answering the phone on a Friday night. Second, they were the only company that offered emergency services. Once we explained the situation, we were impressed when we were told that a plumber would arrive within the hour. Sure enough, Manny R. arrived to help us. Manny was incredibly professional and patient with us. Since it was an emergency call, we expected there to be a fee associated with the visit that was more than the typical house call. Manny further explained the process and broke down the estimate, which we felt was a fair price. He also provided us with some tips and further recommendations for preserving our pipes. Would definitely use this company again, especially if there is a emergency.

Dispatch was courteous and set up the appointment. They do not provide estimates so I had to pay about $145 for a "Diagnostic". Serviceman arrived on time, was professional, seemed knowledgeable and had covers for his shoes etc. Did not ultimately do the work because the estimate provided was about 5 times higher than the company that I ultimately worked with (RED Star Electric) and who have done an excellent job.

The repair itself was fine. While the plumber was there I mentioned that the toilet in the master bath was leaking (not a complete seal) and asked if he knew what size flapper was needed. Eduardo said that it was an expensive piece that I could not install myself, but he would do for an additional $250. He put in the piece and showed me what I replaced and then mentioned that I had to pay for that piece separately. I would have to either pay cash or write a check to cash for that item. When I googled the item it was $20 at Home Depot! I showed that to Eduardo and refused to pay the additional amount. He left soon after. Bottom line, my toilet still leaks.

The company sent a team of two to assess the problem. Their assessment was completely superficial and unprofessional. They didn't pick up the toilet to see if just the wax ring needed replacing, nor pick up the toilet to view if any water damage to the floor. They were most interested in selling me a new toilet and pressured me to order it immediately. I don't find their service professionally ethical and won't use nor recommend this company to anyone else.

This whole experience was a disaster. First - i scheduled several days in advance and took a day off to meet the plumber, and they cancelled on me last minute. The following day the plumber arrived and provided estimates. Was telling me my leak was because of faulty grout - when no water had ever touched the grout. When I explained this, he continued to recommended I re-grout. Estimated $350 for installing two $30 bidet attachments, which is outrageous for a 10 minute job. I opted to proceed with the drain clearing - plumber started snaking from bathtub ($270), but snake got stuck for 30 min. Finally got it out and then said I have to pay additional $675 to attempt snaking from utility closet below. I had enough by this point, told him to just pack it up. I paid the $270 for nothing but a waste of my time. Next I called another plumber who arrived same day, resolved all my problems including the clog, the leak, the bidet attachments, and charged about 1/4 of what Aqueduct had estimated ($25 for the 2 bidet installations which Aqueduct was quoting $350). Never calling them again.

Fast and attentive to me and my questions. Personable and friendly, good business sense. Excellent with their work and respectful.

The person who answered the phone when I first called (do not remember her name) was very helpful and told me either Mindy or Cindy would get back to me. Mindy responded promptly over a series of calls as I realized the problem was bigger than I first thought, once I found two puddles in my basement and dripping rafters. She found a technician who could come that day. Manny and Jake arrived promptly and quickly took care of things. They went over my options with the faucets and showed me how to readjust a sink drain that would not close and a toilet seat that rocked. They replaced two leaking faucets, one in a bathroom and one in the kitchen. They were professional and courteous throughout. They patiently put on and took off shoe covers as they left to go to the truck and returned to the house. This is something I really appreciate, as I've often had technicians who come without shoe covers and leave wet leaves, mud, etc., whatever is on their shoes at the time, on my floors. This was the first time I used Aqueduct. I now have a plumbing service that I can rely on and feel confident with.

From the initial call to the service desk to the sweeping out of the room after the installation this company was amazing. The lady at the service desk found out all that was needed to help me, even working out the type of tank i had so that the engineer could have an identical replacement on his van when he attended. The engineer arrived same day, called prior to arrival and was at my home at exactly the time i was promised. The installation was efficient and i was updated throughout the process what was going on and how things were progressing. The engineers even sucked up all the water and swept the debris. the area looked cleaner than before the old tank had burst! Exceptional service, timely, professional and reasonable price.

Good! The worker that came did his job and explained everything he was doing. He did the work within the time frame he was supposed to.

Got a next day appointment. Two men came with in the first half hour of a three hour window. Had the necessary part to fix the problem in their truck. They easily diagnosed the problem quickly. Wore shoe covers so as not to soil my carpeting. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely use them again

Arrived later in the time window given, email was not sent as promised about who was coming, but friendly staff had a good reason. Manny and Jake were friendly and knowledgeable. They did a thorough diagnosis, eventually discovering the source of the leak in the upstairs bathroom faucet. Repaired everything, cleaned everything, gave some helpful advice about patching the ceiling. Really good experience. I would use them again!

I had a great experience with Aqueduct Services. The weather was bad on the day of my scheduled appointment, so we were forced to reschedule. Since I was on a tight schedule, customer service worked some magic to move their existing appointments around and get someone to me first thing the next morning. Eddy was the plumber who did the work, and he was great and explained all of my options. It ended up being a bigger job than I originally expected, but Eddy was accommodating and took his time to get the job done right. They were expensive, but I knew that ahead of time based on others' reviews. I would definitely hire them again.

It was good and I had no complaints. They came and did the job for the price they said. I was satisfied. They came to do the work within a day or two. I didn't pay more than the Big Deal price. They were here on time and they were dressed properly. There were two men and they were very professional.

The repair was quick and effective. The plumber was able to come onsite the day after the pipe froze/burst on a weekend when many other houses in the area faced the same problem. He had to wait in his car for 30 minutes as the restoration crew was late and needed to open up the ceiling before he could finish the work. He also wrapped the pipes in insulation for us at no additional charge. Very friendly and good at communicating. Took no more than 30 minutes once he started the job.

2 guys came over for the job, they were very professional, friendly and respectful. They were pretty good with the clean up of the area where the work was done. The job was done in two days as indicated by the person who came over to take a look and access the initial estimate. I was provided with 2 quotes, a lower one that would address just the leak, and a bigger quote that would address fixing the pipes which was root cause of problem and could lead to future issues.

My house had a pipe burst in my garage wall and the garage was flooding on a Saturday night. I have a very long steep driveway that was covered with ice. Despite that, the owner of the company sent Manny R. to my house who arrived promptly. Although his van couldn't make it up the driveway, Manny walked the long walk to the house in the ice and snow with all his tools and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Most contractors would have turned around as soon as they saw my driveway. I was so impressed with the owner and Manny and would highly recommend Aqueduct.

This company was very professional- from their quick response, being on time, friendly, accommodating, professionalism of the plumber etc. Everything was explained well before, during and after the work. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I contacted Aqueduct to get a quote to replace a broken cast iron radiator. I was able to email them a picture and dimensions to get a quote which saved me the hassle of having to schedule a technician to come in. Veronica and Karl were fantastic and quick to reply and even provided me with a picture of the proposed replacement. It did take a little long to get the quote, but with the holidays I understand that things can be delayed. Ultimately we decided not to go with them because their quote was a bit higher than another company, but I would consider working with them in the future.
