Aqueduct was great. They came on time and checked everything out. They did not find any problems. The service was great. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Technicians were polite respectful, skilled and very professional. They labored tirelessly under less than ideal conditions. Project was completed as promised.

The service was terrible. They left a big mess for me. My bathroom flooded because the worker took a piece from the shower and didn't tell me The flood affected 2 apartments below me. The faucet was broken the minute he left, it didn't work. He came back 3 weeks later to fix it. In the meantime I couldn't use my kitchen sink. When they worked on my heating system they replaced the thermostat. When the time came that I needed to turn the furnace on, the thermostat wouldn't work. I would not use this company ever again and do not recommend their service.

Everything was good. I would give them a top grade.

I think Aqueduct Services is the one I used for plumbing service. Extremely expensive, that's all. They were very good, very fast but it would blow you away if I told you how much they cost. It was good, the service was good, and if you have the money to pay for it, it's good. They fixed a leaky faucet for the shower, replaced that and the faucet for the bathtub at the same time and it came to about $800. They were here in March of 2016. It was a half a year ago or a year ago. You have a leaky faucet and it drives you crazy. I think they have to improve on the price. The guy was friendly and cleaned up after himself. I would probably learn how to do it myself next time. One person came out to do the work. He had to go run for the part and pick it up somewhere. It took probably two or three hours to do the work. I don't recall cleaning up after him. He was very friendly, and asked if I was willing to pay the price of the work.

John A. was extremely professional and courteous. He did his work well and was exceptionally patient -- and helpful -- with my questions. Can't ask for more.

It went great, was a long day, but there was a lot to do. We're really glad it got all sorted out!

Work was never performed because I had to take care of other personal needs. However, when the time is right, I will be calling them back to perform the work.

Was great, Derek arrived on time and was very professional. He was able to repair our system without coming back!! Even came on Saturday with no extra charge!

It went extremely well. Derek was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again if I need any work done in the future.i

As written above, this was a big job. The owner promised he would send same 2 guys every day, his guys work from 8 to 4 and complete the job with professionalism saying he is honest guy and he would not be able to sleep to leave the job incomplete. He seems very nice guy first. None of these promises were kept. For Gas upgrade, they needed to do paperwork for ConEdison but they did not do even a single paperwork for that. They stayed more than "two and half" months and Not even half of the job in the contract they have finished. Workers came late, left early (often came around 11 and left around 1:30), took "vacations" and day-offs at very last minute. Always making tons of excuses. Well they got enough deposit (about $10000 ) that must be the reasonthey thought they can be lazy for a while. (You cannot pay in advance to these people!) . After 2.5 months, the owner begged for the second payment saying he needed to pay his guys. His guys have not finished the job necessary for the second payment that was written in the contract (boiler and water heater installation). We told him we would love them to finish the milestone on the contract and pay them as written in the contract. Then the owner said Boiler and hot water is installed (not working) saying "I am a plumber so I do not do the electric (boiler switch) work". Excuse me? They were the one disconnected wires of the boilers that was working saying i "we make it right way". We made it clear second payment will be done after the boiler and water heater is installed (working). Then one day he came inside the house while we were away with no prior notice (as they had access) to blackmail us to get advanced payment! It was terrifying. So we had no choice but to fire them in the middle of the contract. He first refused and insisted he wanted to continue the job ( Is there anybody who wants to keep these guy working having access to your residence after you experienced this? ) and demanded half of the contract payment (even though not even half is done.) But we paid to let them go. Obviously, we had to hire new plumber to fix their mess. As soon as we did heat line testing (they did not even do the heatline leak-check they installed), it caused leak (due to poor welding). I asked them to come back to fix the leaking part (as new plumber charges a lot for the leak caused by others) but they ignored and did not come. They are not even responsible for their work. The boiler and water heater they installed stopped working due to wrong wiring. We had to pay for fixing that, too. It cost us so much to repair their lousy job. We cannot believe they have such high rating. Maybe they are good at doing small job (they always left our site saying there is "emergency call". Never hire them for big project, so irresponsible, incompetent, lazy and dishonest. Simply put, unprofessional.

After a week I followed up and my information could not be found so I had to look for someone else to help with my issue

We met Dan from Aqueduct Plumbing in mid-May to discuss installation of a gas boiler. He was very thorough and spent time to discuss options, explain the systems that were available, and provided install pictures and details. Where he fell short was in the follow through. A few attempts were made to contact Aqueduct for the final quote. Finally, Dan sent the quote for review. It was over my budget, so I asked for some options and removal of a portion of the work. In an e-mail, he let me know it would have to wait a week; and, because we wanted to work with him, that was fine. Unfortunately, we haven't heard from Aqueduct since. When we consider having work done, our inclination is to work providers who follow through and try to win business. I got the sense they would have done quality work; however, our poor rating is based on the experience. Seemed they may have been very busy. Unfortunately, too busy to potentially take on a $17000 job for us.

Technician was very professional, and showed me how to install my own filters so I could change myself going forward. Moreover, office staff is always professional and responsive.

I noticed the leak on Sunday, coming from the wall behind my built-in's in the basement. My daughter was doing tons of laundry and every time the ejection pump went off, water poured out of the wall underneath my built-in's. So with the ejection pump off, no water leaks. I had to work Monday, checked Angie's and found Aqueduct Services, which said they had experience in sump pumps (which I thought was the problem). Called Aqueduct and they had a guy the next morning. Because of where the leak was coming from they thought it was from a broken line to the street. They recommended an excavating company, and they were there within about two hours. After some digging work, no leak to the street. By this time it was 4pm. I called my buddy who is a carpenter and helped me renovate my house. He came over and we tracked a pipe to behind the built in's, made a hole in the ceiling and found the leak within 15 minutes. Called the Aqueduct offices and they were still there. Talked to a manager and they sent a different team the next day. So nothing got done day 1. The next morning the team was again right on time. I showed Manny the location of the leak and they explained it would take some demo to get access to the area to fix the pipe. I asked for a quote for just the plumbing work and explained I would do the demo. The quote was $1000. (I wasn't paying them to demo my built-ins). I demo'd the built-ins and exposed the area. Really nasty job. End of day 2. The third day, nobody came in the morning. I called the office and they said I was the afternoon appointment. OK, but it would have been nice to know. At 2pm Manny and his assistant came. Very nice guys and they knew what they had to do. It was still a big job to get the old galvanized pipe out and install the new PVC. They also did the trap under the sink and the basket in the sink. Took all the garbage and cleaned up nicely. (also to note, I have original 1958 hard wood floors in my house and they put on booties every time they had to walk on my floors, very nice). The office called the excavator and they came and put my lawn back together. Besides not being able to find the leak on day 1, which was a little tricky I have to admit, Aqueduct were great. They didn't charge me for the excavating since that wasn't the problem and I think that's just good business. Good communication, great guys and a reasonable price. I will call them the next time I need work done.

The service was well done with courteous and in a very timely manner leaving evrything clean and fully functioning in the time and price originally given.

Went well, all three employees I dealt with were friendly and professional. They did a very good job and were able to remove the old one, pick up a new one and install the new water heater all in one day. Overall I was very happy with the service. However when I signed the contract and paid for the service upfront, I had forgotten to give the company rep the Angie's List coupon for $50 off a water heater replacement. So I called the office and spoke to Cindy who advised me to give the coupon to the repair guys and that the company's billing department would send me a refund of $50 to honor the coupon .Well that $50 check never came, maybe it's on the way. So just FYI if you use an Angie's List Coupon make sure you give it to them before you sign and pay. Will probably use this company again.

The team was professional they checked the whole system including internal air handler. They identified the defect in the power portion of the controller (computer) and had to replace the part price was high in my eyes at around 1000. If needed would use them again but I did find another company that installed my mini split system month later that I prefer and would be my go to hvac provider

Went well, they got back to us right away, and came within a couple days to effectively replace broken tiles. A little pricey but other than that they were great.
