We've used Aqueduct twice now. First we had serious problems with a "designer" toilet from the 1980s that ultimately needed replacing. Weeks later with a clog in our sewer line that backed up into the house. Really attentive, professional, and fast. They write up several options for you, and give you prices for each. Really great in an emergency! Very grateful to have found them, and now they are the only plumbing service we use.

Everything went great. After making my appointment I got a confirmation email and a follow up confirmation call. Then on the day of service I got a call letting me know our guy was on the way. A++ for customer service The technician showed up on time. He wore covers over his shoes and was very careful not to leave a mess. He was very polite, did a thorough job, and showed love to my dogs. I was very satisfied with the service and would not hesitate to use them again.

First I would like to start with the receptionist, Carrie. Carrie was so pleasant to talk to. I made my appointment, got a confirmation by phone and e-mail. Derek, the technician, was on time and pleasant as well. He didn't have any problems explaining things to me and answering any questions I had. After taking care of my a/c system he asked if I smelled gas. I told him that I had smelled a faint gas smell for a while, but just thought that was the norm for the furnace area. He showed me where there were 2 gas leaks, and explained the options I had to fix them. I had to leave for an appointment at that time, but asked Derek to please come back the next day to fix this problem. He stated he definately would, was back promptly the next day and no more gas leak. If the whole staff is as nice and caring as Carrie and Derek, I will surely use them again. They went above and beyond. As a matter of fact I started a service plan with them. Thank you!

They sent Dave out who was punctual, professional and clean (wore booties to protect my floors!). He cleared the drain quickly. After speaking with him I decided to purchase the annual service contract covering service on the gas furnace, a/c unit and all drains (that's why the price listed might seem high -- it wasn't just to clear the drain!) Since I only recently purchased the townhouse, I thought it made sense to purchase a service agreement and their price seemed to be very reasonable considering what it covered. I like that they are so proactive. Now that the weather has been getting warmer, they contacted me to service the a/c unit instead of the other way around. I like that! Less for me to remember.

The thing that I thought was, first when the guy came out seemed a young kid and very polite which was nice to have around your house. The other thing what I liked was that he wore shoe covers which is very rare amongst contractors. He did that even without asking which was terrific. He did the repairs and then showed them to me. He also advised me another job to be done on a later date, but would be expensive. I then told him that it would not be necessary as I was going to sell the house, so advised that the gasket would last long until I sell the house. He was very polite and it was a great experience. I will continue to use them in the future.

The technician, Dave, arrived perfectly on time. He was polite, wore shoe protectors the entire time he was in my home and was very knowledgeable, also had some great suggestions for some of the problems I was having. The issues I needed dealt with were handled very well, and I even signed up for a monthly plan with Aqueduct Services so that they will now be my emergency plumber as well as take care of my central air conditioning unit. Overall I am so happy I found this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

When the service man came (who was very polite), he gave me a price ONLY for the leaking drain pipe to be replaced only (we never go to the other smaller issues) of nearly $350. I told him I was shocked and not interested in having him do the repair. I didn't even bring up the other 2 issues that I had called about. Apparently they have a service call fee of $79 which I already had to pay whether I accepted the quote or not but this was not explained on the phone when I called to make the appointment. I told him I was not interested in having the work done and I was angry about the $79 because I was not informed in advance. He went back to his truck and called his office several times. He did return with a lower price which I felt was still high but I had to pay the $79 either way. In the end, the office waived the fee. In the end the bill was $239. He didn't suggest a repair to stop the leak, I didn't dare ask how much the other issues would cost to fix and I didn't expect such a big bill - even with the coupon it cost much more than I had expected. Should "replacing a pop-up assembly" cost so much?

The technician showed up within the 1 hour window which we were given. He did a diagnostic, explained what the problem was, quoted me an estimate, and proceeded to do the work very quickly. He was polite, nice, efficient and even wore shoe covers to protect my hard wood floors. He didn't even ask for any water, when the second floor was 85 degrees and even hotter in the attic. The work was done well. I was a first time customer and they came the same day I called and requested them. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing A/C work done.

Responsive to my needs on time, did excellent work, including fixing another plumber’s mistake. Price was very fair & two plumbers were skilled. I’m recommending Aqueduct to whomever needs a plumber.

I thought they were very responsive. Also, they were the only company that would help me during our big snow storm this past winter. I really liked that they kept to their estimate, and I think the price was fair. I like them, and I will use them again.

The first surprise was when we spoke Sunday night, and rather than make an expensive service call, Dan honestly told me that they could come out, but no parts could be picked up on a Sunday night, since the Lochinvar system is not common and not carried on service trucks. That saved me an after hours service call. Derek arrived before 8am the next morning as promised. After replacing several parts, cleaning the flew, and re-testing for carbon monoxide, we were able to have heat & hot water. They will return within a few days to replace a flew piece which had been damaged prior. A very responsive and professional organization. They were very thorough in explaining what went wrong, and very fair with pricing.
