The service was fine and they did the job.

Excellent-from the moment I called after finding them advertised in your catalog. They were friendly, professional and prompt. Within 24 hour of calling, we had a new heater installed.

When I contacted Aqueduct Services, I was greeted by a friendly and professional dispatcher who described the dispatch fee and gave me an estimated time the technician would arrive. I received a call later in the day with an estimated arrival time. The technician who arrived was very professional. After taking a look at the problem, he described what was required to remedy the problems in detail. The slow drain required a brand new fixture and the toilet inlet would either need a new valve or a full replacement. He fully disclosed that if the valve repair did not take, we would have to go with the more expensive full replacement and that I would not be charged for both procedures, just the more expensive procedure. He attempted the less expensive repair but it did not work so I opted for the replacement. He was very thorough and checked and double-checked for leaks after the repair. He even wore shoe protectors even after I advised him he did not have to since the floors were already covered for moving purposes. After the job was finished, he gave some advice on recommendations and was not pushy about any of the items. There were follow-up calls from the dispatcher to ensure I was satisfied with the work.

Aqueduct Services was extremely responsive to both the initial inquiry and the services performed. I had a leaking pipe in the basement and sent them an email through Angie's List. They called me first thing the next morning to set up an appointment for a technician to come out and give me an estimate and perform the work, based on the estimate. I was informed on the phone that there would be a fee of $79 (I think) if the technician came and I did not elect to use them for the repair. I guess there's a need for that but it struct me as sort of being locked in. Anyway, I made the appointment for the next afternoon. The next morning they called me to see if I might be available for the technician to come earlier...I was all for it. They called back to let me know where the technician was and approximately what time he would be there. He was prompt. When he drove up, he was courteous, asking where he might park his truck. And he was extremely professional and considerate when coming through the house to the leak in the basement (he put baggies over his shoes so as not to track anything into the house). After looking over the job, he gave me three estimates (they are dollar estimates by job not billing by the hour) for three different degrees of work that he could do (we have a very old house with old piping). I selected what I believed was the right one for me and even though it was the least expensive alternative, the technician was just happy to be there to do the work. The job took him about an hour. He then had me turn on the tub upstairs before he turned on the water so as not to have any debrie in the system. He showed me the work and provided a bill for the exact amount quoted plus tax. He offered me an annual services contract which I declined, but based on discussing it with my wife tonight, we may accept. From my overall perspective the job was completed to my satisfaction, on a timely basis and with high quality. The technician was extremely professional, courteous and caring about his job and my reaction to the work. I would use Aqueduct Services for any and all future pllumbing services!

I was too far away to have them do the job

They were good. He had great customer skills. He knew what he was doing.

The office was pleasant and sent someone same day. Technician was very professional & very knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again as I was very pleased with the service.

We noticed that the pipe under our kitchen sink had started to leak and that the bathtub drained slowly, so we called Aqueduct to come out to take a look. They scheduled the repair quickly and the plumber, Scott, came on time. He was careful to wear shoe covers and put down a mat when he was working, which I appreciated. He examined the kitchen sink, and then did a good job explaining what needed to be done. He fixed the pipes under the sink. He then snaked our bathtub drain, which removed the clog. Finally, he inspected the plumbing in the rest of the house and noticed there wasn't an emergency ball valve installed on the water main. So, he installed a ball valve for us. They gave us a small "bundle" discount for having all this work done. All in all, I found Scott to be professional, able, and friendly. We're going to have Aqueduct come out to take a look at our heating and cooling systems as well. They do have a monthly service plan they try to sell. I was happy with the service we got for this job, but I'm not sure we'll sign up for the plan.

Their estimate was higher than others.

Showed up as promised, no upselling, performed service as promised, very professional and courteous. Very happy with the company and their friendlness and great service.

Aqueduct Services was excellent. The contact person was professional as was the service agent that was sent to the house. The service agent thoroughly explained every option available to me to solve my plumbing problems. I felt that it was expensive, but I have a feeling that plumbing is simply expensive. I would use them again.

I used Aqueduct Services through a promotional offer send by Angie's List. I liked the way they did it; the technician came and did whatever he needed to do.

They were very thorough in their work and were very clean and professional in their work. Whenever they entered the house, they wore shoe-covers to make sure that they do not track dirt from outside. They were very goos in explaining their work and services. We purchased a yearly service contract from them and we highly recommend them.

They came when they said they would and went promptly to work. They explained that the dryer was fine and that we needed to be careful that we clean the vents on a regular basis, he showed us how. They cleaned up and charged $100.00 for the service. I was very satisfied.

They showed up at the appointed time. They called me half an hour before the appointed time to confirm the appointment. The technician was knowledgeable. He fixed the problem. I was impressed enough with him to take out a service contract with the company. I wish their prices were lower, but other than that, they were fine. I had used a $50 coupon from Angie’s List. They also gave me a discount for the service contract.

I called on a Thursday and was told that someone would be there the next day. When no one showed up, I called again and they said their schedule had filled up and they couldn't make it until Monday. On Monday, I had to call again and they said their truck had broken down and they couldn't make it until later in the week. Someone finally came on Thursday (basically a week late). On the positive side, both the technician and the owner were excellent to work with, did an excellent job and charged a reasonable fee. While they suggested significantly more expensive alternatives to what was finally done, there was absolutely no pressure or hype. I would strongly recommend them for their expertise and quality of work.

Excellent. Highly professional, stayed for over 2 hours, detailed explanations. Price points were too high for fixture replacement, which is an ultimate goal due to corrosion. Payment plan for water treatment installation is great incentive. Service plan is very reasonable and seems worthwhile. Dave is delightful, personable, understanding. Felicia was new but seemed on the ball as well.

The water-line to our house was leaking and coming into our basement. The Town turned off the water and required us to fix the line before they could turn it back on, leaving us in a tough spot. After meeting Dan Greico and talking to Stuart, Aqueduct was able to get the lines marked and a team (along with an excavator) out to us on short notice. They came out, dug out and installed an entirely new line in a day -- restoring our service. Handled everything with the town as well. The work went well and Dan and his crew did a great job. No surprises or hidden charges -- just good all around guys who take pride in their work. Would definately use again.

Although they missed the original appt due to circumstances beyond their control, Dave came out the next day and replaced the valve after giving me 3 options. He also reviewed a service contract with me & explained how it would benefit me. When Dave entered, he put on paper slip-ons over his shoes so he wouldn't dirty my floors. He also placed a mat in front of the sink so if water spilled, it wouldn't affect my floors. Dave was very professional & respectful, and explained everything in a way that I would understand. He's a sweetheart and represents the company well! If all its employees are as professional, they'll be in business for a long time.

This is an impressive organization. (BTW, I selected them thru Angies List) The technician was exactly on time. He literally put out a red carpet, put covers on his shoes, I followed him up to the attic while he examined the problem. He was extremely patient and explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. When I found out what the problem was, I asked for an estimate for a replacement on the 10 year old system which had been improperly installed in the first place. The owner, a master plumber, explained everything, included several items which corrected longstanding problems. He did not push the replacement over the repair. When I ordered a new air handler, they made an appointment a few days later to install it. They called the night before to confirm and then again the morning of the installation when the technician left the office with the parts. Derrick is the owner's son, an impressive young man. He covered the entire floor leading to the attic with a waterproof mat. He and his helper (a young woman) stayed until 7:30 that night to finish the job. I kept checking in and they worked diligently throughout the day. The unit they installed is quiet and seems very efficient. I've told a few of my tech savvy friends about the experience and they confirmed that from start to finish this was a job that was professionally done. I signed up for a service contract and will use them again. It's a family run organization that's been around for quite a while and I'm comfortable that they'll continue to do good work.

Came to investigate a bad smell in our drains. Spent an hour just looking at every possibility, offered several options. Followed up with a call. i would highly reccomend

They were very nice. The only reason I didn’t use them again was because I added a room and the contractor wanted to use the HVAC person that he has used in the past. Their prices and services were competitive, so I went with them but Aqueduct was very responsive, came the same day, always put the coverings on the shoes when they walked in and out of the house. I had the system for fifteen years and I didn’t have any repairs. They were very responsive and came the same day.
