He highly recommended the Peerless Pinnacle high efficiency stainless
steel system, which we bought and he installed. Five years later, we
had problems with the boiler, and he has been ducking us ever since, as
we are trying to get a hugely expensive unit serviced. He won't return
phone calls, will not stand by his product or his work, and we are now
forced to pay for a completely new system as it turns out the Peerless
Pinnacle is a lemon. When we had the system checked to see what new
system would be the best, it turns out he installed the wrong size unit
for our size house, and the unit he installed was underpowered for our
square footage. What a nightmare. Stay away !
In addition, he uses a photo of our system setup as an example of his premier
setups on his website without our permission. Really?!
