The individual who came and performed the work was courteous and performed the job properly. However, upon moving the plumbing vent which exited my roof from the attic crawl space, he inadvertently created a gap in the rubber around the vent, which would allow water to enter into the attic. He was honest about it and told me, which i appreciated and after expressing concern, he went up on the roof and put silicone in the gap. I joined him on the roof and I could see that the rubber boot had been pushed in and the gap was fairly large. Per my discussion with other professionals this was not the correct way to fix this problem and would only be a temporary solution. The weather was not great so I did not press the issue. I contacted Mr. Witte the following week and told him what happened. He told me he would "talk to his guy and see what really happened," which I found offensive. He also said he would call me back and if i didn't hear from him in a couple weeks I could "give him another call." He never called me back and I do not feel I need to hunt down someone for a response on something they did wrong. Now I have to pay someone else another $200 to come and fix the problem they created. Would not recommend.

It was the first time I had used them. They worked on the wiring for a few hours and said it was a problem with the relay system. They didn't give us any written estimate, but said it might be a few hours and $400. It ended up being almost double! They never gave us a list of supplies or what he replaced. I've discussed with them and they said they don't give written estimates unless asked for by the customer. I called them after they left because the thermostat didn't seem to be working right and told me I was hard to please and disputed us at every point. I asked them for the invoices for supplies they bought and he wouldn't show me

Two days after my call a service man arrived right on time. I showed him to the basement were the furnace and water heater are. Both are gas. He cleaned and adjusted both in a very timely manor. AND cleaned up after himself.

It was just what I had excepted. I first used their service in 2003 when my water heater rusted out sending water all over my basement. They came the very next day and replaced the heater. I have used them to service my water heater and furnace ever since then. I have found them very dependable and reliable and would highly recommend them.
