I would like to make some general comments.
I have been going to Tallman's Tires for over 10 years. I have just about all of my maintenance done there. I have had emergencies, and they took me right away. I have had situations where Steve (the shop manager) has given me advice that's saved me money. I never feel pressured.
My one criticism is that they can get very, very busy, and it can sometimes be difficult to discuss a problem in depth.
