After getting the run around from Terminix, it was a pleasure to deal with Orkin. The technician showed up precisely on time for the inspection, was the same person doing the treatment the next day, and was early the next day so that he could get set up and ready to physically start working at precisely the time he was scheduled for. He explained everything he was going to do and why, what our responsibilities were, and was extremely professional in everything he did. He left our house in good order and was very neat in his work habits.

They were great! It was a little pricey; however, you get what you pay for. They did a great job. They sprayed the chemicals in the wasp nest and came back a week later and took out the wasp nest at that time.
