I called Oneida Electrical to do some electrical work for a kitchen renovation. While I found it difficult to get a call returned from other electricians, Oneida answered my call, transferred me over to their scheduler, and was able to schedule the work the next week. The private/residential work that they do is charged on an hourly + materials basis, and while not inexpensive I was pleased with the professionalism of the company and the electrician who did the work. I needed some additional wiring, outlets, and a ceiling box run through finished walls as well as having the 240 line updated; the electrician was able to do everything I required without any major problems. Most entailed dropping new wiring into the unfinished basement and running a new line to the main electrical box, but the ceiling box required fishing wire down through the walls as well. The electrician showed up on time and worked at a quick pace; nonetheless, the work took close to six hours. He cleaned up afterwards, and I've been happy with the results.

They were top notch and did everything I expected. I had no complaints at all. I didn't get any other estimates so I don't know how they compared price wise.

Oneida Electrical was the only one of approximately eight businesses I contacted for help that returned my phone call. Their electrician was prompt, professional and completed the job to my satisfaction. I'll definitely call them next time we need electrical work done.

The electrician was good, polite, and did quality work. He made sure there was no mess left when he was done, and removed the garbage. Overall it was a good experience.
