Response time was very good and I had no issue with paying 135.00 to fix the broken spring. When I also mentioned that the light on my garage door opener wasn't working the older man had his partner climb a ladder and remove the socket that the bulb was in. He told me I needed a new socket which they replaced In less than 3 minutes. The older guy also said that my door was noisy and painted oil on my rollers which also dripped all over my garage floor. Imagine my surprise when I was presented a bill for 277.00 which included 135.00 to fix the spring ( which I was fine with) and another 120.00 to replace a $5.00 socket that took all of 3 minutes. I have used DeSantis Door in the past but will never do so again.

I was having trouble getting my remote control for an automatic garage door to work, after having tried changing the battery.  I called DeSantis Door late Friday afternoon, left a message, and they promptly called back over the weekend.  They were willing to accomodate my schedule and came by on Monday afternoon.  They were very prompt and professional and fixed the issue within 15 minutes, outfitting me with an additional remote transmitter.  Very happy with their service.  Bill is yet to come.
