Padded costs with fake expenses. We learned after paying $2500 that more established companies charge less than $500 for similar services.

First employee - knowledgeable ad did very good work - except did not check shower faucets. Two faucets in shower - one went cold to hot, other went hot to cold. Called to get it fixed. Second employee came to service boiler and "fix" the faucet. Total time in house 20 minutes. Tried to fix faucet - could not - valve handle was left  very loose fitting. He said that it was the best he could do. Complete "cleaning and service boiler"  (price quoted $80-100 - billed $187.50) took minutes. Told my spouse "looks good" - no idea if he in fact did anything. First employee came back and fixed the shower faucets. Called to speak to owner concerning boiler service, one call back to me with "call me".  Called again - never heard back - over a month. I paid first bill in full - have not paid for boiler service.
