Cleaning went great! Carpet was clean after coffee was spilled on it. Looked great.

It went very well. They made recommendations, suggesting sanitizing because of the previous flooding but did not try to oversell. The carpets were cleaned beautifully and professionally. They really went above and beyond. They were courteous and helpful. I would hire them again without hesitation.

I mean their thoroughness wasn't that good I mean they didn't get because I had a cream color Berber carpet and they didn't get to the corners because their bumper machine that they did the dry cleaning with was round so the edging in the corner of the carpet didn't get done.

Service provider showed up at the time promised, reviewed the work to be done, confirmed the estimated price we were quoted. Got to work quickly, placed protective "caps" under furniture legs to prevent stains. Very thorough job, they were done in approximately 1.5 hours. Finished job looked great.

We were very happy because it dried quickly from the method of chem dry. They were on time and gave a good accurate estimate on the price to clean them.

They came in and did what they needed to do and solved the problem completely. It was a miracle and I was satisfied with their service. They were great but they were very expensive.

they came and gave us a price for the job. we set a date for the service which they reconfirmed a day or 2 before. they arrived on time, worked steadily and were thorough. they were friendly and polite.

we got an estimate first. the company rep was courteous, intelligent, friendly, honest and helpful. informed us of problems (stains) that might not come out. explained the company and its services well. we set a date which was confirmed by them by phone and reconfirmed a day or two before the service. two men came and did the work carefully and professionally. they arrived on time and the work took the amount of time they had estimated. they were friendly and charming. a week or so later, the area rugs were delivered and set in place--all with the same friendly and professional service. we would gladly recommend them and use them again and are planning to have them do floor and cabinet refinishing---another service that they offer.

They do a really good job. They can get rid of pet odors which is great!

Part way through the cleaning, the man told my husband that there was a urine stain and that he could determine its extent by shining a special light on the area. To rid the stain would take opening a can of special chemicals that cost $70/can. My husband declined the special offer and the man proceeded to clean the carpets. On the newer carpet, where cat urine was never an issue, we were left with extremely soiled areas, including obvious large spots. We will have to have the stairs and hallway re-cleaned. When I called and described the state of the carpet to the office manager, he told me that my husband had "kicked the [cleaner] out of the house" and "used obscenities." This is simply not the way my husband acts, and I told the office manager that he was describing someone whom I didn't know. The office manager told me that because my husband had declined the offer regarding the cat urine, that they would not return to clean the other part of the carpet.
