Maid Marines

I hired this service to clean my one bedroom apartment and had major safety issues. We are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and the business told me that all of their cleaners wear masks. This is untrue. I came home in the middle of a clean and my cleaner was not wearing a mask. I was horrified and asked her to put one on a few times, but she refused. I told her that if she would not wear a mask, she would need to leave. When I called the service, they were completely unconcerned and got defensive, claiming that the cleaner did not understand because she doesn't speak English. The woman on the phone refused to do anything and hung up on me without resolving anything. There were also issues with the clean itself. The first time I booked them, I booked a Deep Clean. The cleaner did an okay job, but missed a lot of spots in the bathroom and did a bad job on the floors. She also left my balcony door wide open, which is extremely dangerous. The service did not seem concerned about this safety issue either. They agreed to add an extra two hours to my next clean, but as described above, I had to ask the cleaner to leave in the middle because she was not wearing a mask. I have tried contacting the company multiple times but they are ignoring me. I have not been able to resolve the issue of this clean not being able to be finished because the cleaner was not wearing a mask, and also do not have a resolution for the bad clean last time.

The intital service was great. We began to use them on a monthly basis and they were horrible. Cleaners would never show up for the appointment or come extremely late and do a horrible cleaning. On two occasions we received very negative responses to our cleaning request of items that were a part of the services. This business sadly lacks high levels of professionalism.

I'd give them all "A's" except a "B" for pricing. I would also use them again.

Sibelis taught me how to use a magic eraser. She also made this apartment look cleaner than when I moved in. AMAZING.

stacey was on time, very professional and nice to talk to. she did a great job, but things were missed- she did not move the furniture or appliances to clean under them. she also used some of my windex. those complaints aside, she did a beautiful job in the time alotted. my bathroom looks and smells great, and the tile flooring was all deep cleaned. all in all a good job with some improvements to be made going forward.

easy to call and setup an appointment for a move-out clean. the owner provides fantastic customer service. felt very assured and taken care of. happy to recommend.

Monica and crew was on time and did an excellent, thorough job in our home. Were many areas we thought simply couldn't be cleaned. The cabinets above the stove were especially gross and we were thinking about simply getting ne wdoors. Monica and the ladies were able to bring them back almost to original condition with some special solution. Incredible work overall.

Had movers and painters and lots of dust and dirty to be cleaned before we left to New York. Maid Marines sent 3 cleaners, Laura, Jennifer, and another, that swept, mopped, scrubbed, and dusted down every inch of the home until it looked brand new. The office helped us reschedule many times as well. Very customer-service focused and know how to make clients happy. We plan to use them in our new apartment once we're moved in. Outstanding work.

This is the 4th time we've use dMaid Marines to clean our 3 bed apartment. Monica is always on time, always friendly, always has every supply necessary and does NOT use ours, and she does a great job. Floors, carpets, furniture, electronics, appliances, counter tops, tub, shower accessories, etc., always look fantastic. VERY thorough and VERY appreciated.

He loved it! Keeping a clean bedroom and bathroom have been an on-going issue and I'm hoping this experience will motivate us to keep Kelly coming back each month.

Yolinda is the best cleaner we've ever had. She had this place prepared in under 3 hours, and it's not a small home. INCREDIBLY hard working and skilled cleaner. Highly thankful.

How spotless my place could be is incredible. Girls showed up on time, with supplies, as scheduled, and were professional and friendly. After seeing these ladies in work, I realize how much time could be saved and how nice it is to have a professional cleaning. Plan to move some things around to have them back from time to time.

We've had our ups and downs. One thing with Maid Marines is that the cleaners are highly trailed, so the end result is a high quality cleaning. Unfortunately, there are issues on a consistent basis with scheduling and the office. But in the end we return because they know how to clean.

Gloria arrived a bit late. We were provided a discount for this and werehappy to continue using her. She does a magnificent job on our floors, using two different kinds of mops to go over twice. We have had faster cleaners, but we appreciate the effort on quality and are happy to continue using her.

We've had issues with scheduling and discounts that we applied, but the cleanings themselves have been incredibly good. Quality is very high and as long as that stays consistent we'll be staying as clients.
