Snow Removal
Zak was courteous and punctual (plowing as soon as the snow stopped), asked a fair price, and cleaned the driveway well. But on several occasions, he (or a member of his family) did not keep the truck-plow on the driveway, and ripped out large chunks of the adjacent lawn. Zak promised to return in the spring to repair the damage, but did not.

He tore my whole driveway up and part of my yard. I asked him about it and hasn't been back since.
