He is local. Including materials, it probably cost us $70,000. He really accepted changes along the way. He was very open to that. A lot of contractors aren't. Once you put it in writing, that's it. He was very flexible. In that way, it was really positive. If there was a downside, he just took a little longer than I would have hoped. But I guess, these things do when you run into problems. A friend of mine had used him to remodel her basement. She loved his work. She just raved about it. So I contacted him because she said he was great. We're real happy with the results. He is very picky, very fussy in his work.
