Viking Plumbing & Heating

The plumber (Henry Genualdo) was very unresponsive. He installed plumbing inside the wall incorrectly which required me to pay the GC to open the wall again so the plumber could fix his work. The plumber did not coordinate with the GC and caused several problems including ruining the new epoxy paint on the my existing bathtub. Additionally, he installed the bathtub drain poorly and to this day it does not fit properly in the drain. He also installed the shower plumbing incorrectly and refused to come back and fix it. Ultimately, I had to hire another contractor who indeed proved that Henry Genualdo had installed the shower "body" incorrectly which was why it was not working. Finally, I gave the plumber my credit card to order a few plumbing pieces. He ordered more than he needed and said he would return the unused items so I would get a refund. HE NEVER RETURNED the items. As such, I never received a refund for the unused items. In summary, his work was poor, his work ethic is poor, and he is a crook. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN!!
