It is still not complete. We have been victimized by this contractor. We paid a lot of money to True North and had to hire a new contractor because of the poor service, unprofessional treatment we received and the inconsistent work. Workers would come one day then wouldn't show for days. Some days one worker showed other days more, very inconsistent. There was no sense of urgency to get a family back home after a devastating loss from Sandy. Our project was not treated with professionalism or care. The contractor neglected to sign some document for the mortgage company. that caused us a year delay and he tried to get money from us to sign stating he did so much work. When asked to produce receipts and cancelled checks they didn't match our job. We called each business the contractor said he used for our job to confirm the bills were corrct and two contractors didn't even know about the bills produced to us. In the contract we paid for a new foundation but Robert Sawyer the owner decided we would get a partially new foundation. I said no. He told me too bad that was what hewas going to do!

Rob is wonderful until you give him the money. Then he is a bully and does what he wants for your job. He decided to change the footprint of my home without consulting me. The house was not raised to specifications in the plan. It was 4.6 inches lower than it should have been. Sends men as a side job after working on another project. Sends a two man skeleton crew for days on end. When confronted about the changes the response was oh yeah. No apologies no remorse. STAY AWAY! Pictures included in review show you what Rob wanted to use as a foundation for our $435,000.00 project. Instead of replacing the entire foundation he wanted to piece meal it. Then was disrespectful to me because I said No Way! I had to give him a cease order to stop work because he told me he was pouring concrete whether I liked it or not.
