It was a very positive experience, he did a very good job. He did an excellent job. I felt the price was fair. Plumbers are usually so expensive. I would give his responsiveness more of a "B" because I think he was very busy. I had to follow up with him but I was satisfied once he was able to come and do the work.

I had them do work on the first floor bathroom, and before that I had them install the heating and plumbing in the basement. I am currently using them on another job.
