It was pricey. The guy who waited on my was just wonderful. He asked if I had hills in my backyard so I got one with 4 wheel drive to propel me along.

The first one was no good. The product didn't live up to its expectations and it was hard getting servicing done on it. I did not have a very good experience with them. They were the lowest price that we saw. They were good on punctuality.

TV Sales
They have some beautiful TVs but they basically only carry one model: Samsung.
It didn't seem like the guys in the electronics department knew that much about what they're selling. In my book, the way I look at it, if I have someone that is working for me they better know about TVs and computers and stuff like that. When you're talking to a guy and he's beating around the bush, right there you know he doesn't know what he is talking about.
When the installer came to put in the new one he took the old one and got rid of it for us.
Our old one was having problems. My sister called Sears and everything was good. They said, we'll send a technician over to look at the TV and he'll make the determination if it just needs fixing and get rid of it. He came, nice kid, how he made it though the door he was so big, he was a real nice kid and he wrote it up that we needed a replacement. The next day Sears called me and said you have three months to go get a new TV, you have to go to Sears and you have a $580 credit. So, when we went to Sears, this TV was $600 and they ate the $20 so it didn't cost us nothing because it had extended warranty.
We had to have it delivered because they didn't have it in stock.
