When I bought the steaks home I cooked the steaks and they are truly the best. I particularly like the lean Fillet Mignon the best that is custom cut to my specifications, approximately 8 ounces and a inch thick. Don't forget tasting the red shin potatoe salad and the rest of the salads.
Scott, the owner of Scott Fived Star has the best prime meats around. Very few steak houses serve prime meat and none at this level. of quality. I have bought custom cut boneless rib steaks, skirt steaks, and fillet mignon, and boneless turkey breasts. All his poultry is very fresh because of the quick turnaround. I have never been in the store when it wasn't busy.
I have given out gift certificates to others and they became regular customers.
