He came in and did a demo after the house was flooded by Hurricane Sandy.
It was amazing. The next day he was there scrubbing every beam with wire brushes. He then sprayed it down and used huge blowers.
He came back a few weeks later to take care of the water in the crawlspace and the humidity in the attic by putting in two dehumidifiers.
He then came a few weeks later and sprayed again.
I would recommend him to anybody. He is a miracle worker.
