Very slow ! This claim took almost a year to settle. They used an independent adjuster who was never around because he was on the east coast handling Hurricane Sandy claims. He said that deducting claim payments for depreciation was becoming the "industry norm." There are OVER ONE HUNDRED homes on my street that were damaged in this hail storm. I was the only VICTIM who paid any more than a deductible. Every one of my neighbors - who's home is the same age & condition as mine - got new roofs and only paid their deductible.
