On Sunday 10-5-15, I noticed a puddle of water in the spare room, next to the oil burner room.  The water was leaking from the oil burner.  I called Perillo at about 12.30 p.m., and a technician arrived around 4 p.m. - not bad for a Sunday!.  He replaced a part which was leaking, at no cost as I have a service contract.

I have been with Perillo since we moved into the house, in 1994.  I have always been pleased with their services.  They may not be the cheapest oil company, but they are reliable, which to me is more important than saving a few bucks.

I explained that I needed a new furnace for heating.  He was argumentative and cocky and not helpful to me at all.  He was rude and pushy and trying to sell me oil, instead of listening to me that I need a furnace for the heating. Watch out for this guy.  Wrong way to do business.
