Flooring, Ceramic Tile Service
The floor was supposed to take 4 days to be completed. They started on August 1, they got done early September. It took a month to put the floor in, and it still isn't right. The grout is coming up and the tiles aren't straight. They replaced tiles about 5 times and it still isn't right. The workers took my kitchen door out to do the kitchen floor, there was a big wind and it knocked the door down, they broke my kitchen door. This is going to cost us more money to fix and have installed. They told us that they didn't have the money to pay us for the damages. The floor is so uneven that the chairs in my kitchen are now unbalanced. I asked them initially to please cover up everything as to not make a mess, they put out a blanket that didn't cover everything. I fell on my knee due to the dust, which fractured my knee.
I called them back two days ago and have heard nothing back from them, they now aren't communicating with us.
