Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. Richard, the owner, did very poor work in all respects, and he would hang up on me whenever I tried to call him about the issues I noticed. It was only when I threatened negative reviews on sites like Angie's List that he responded. He came back for just one day to start addressing the issues with his work, but he never returned after that one day. Ultimately, I had to pay additional fees to have another company correct his mistakes.
