They were not the very lowest bid but they were competitive. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they did it on time and so far to our satisfaction. I'm very pleased with the way he worked and the way it turned out. There are not a lot of oil and chip contractors and some of them who I spoke with didn't seem to know what they were doing and did not have the experience and the knowledge that he had.
