Fantastic. Charlie was all over both apartments doing a ton of great work and he offered helpful suggestions along the way. He was always very professional and extremely accommodating. He paid a great attention to detail which is extremely important in his line of work (too easy for painters/remodelers to cut corners and you don't realize the problem until the work is done and it looks bad) - two great examples, first after checking with me he took the time to remove the decorative door hardware before painting the internal doors, then put them all back, and second after we had some electrical done in the upper bathroom he came back to touch up the paint around the switch and new light fixture (he had moved to work downstairs). It's this kind of attention to detail and not nickel-and-diming hassle that sets him apart from other folks. Totally worth it, you should hire him!
