This guy was more thorough than any home inspector that I've ever even heard of. He took three hours to do it. He was punctual, professional and all the standard stuff that you would want from a guy you use. He was competitive and his review was so much more comprehensive than any other one I've ever heard of or I've ever had myself. He was definitely not just trying to get in and out of there. He really looked at every single thing that you could look at, the home owner wasn't overly pleased or over joyed with that. I wouldn't use anybody else for home inspection.
