Appliance Sale
They kept me waiting all day and then told me that I didn't have an appointment. They never showed up. I had an appointment that was secretary verified. When I called because, nobody showed up, the guy said that I must have misunderstood. They were going to get back to me during that time period when they had an appointment. The secretary, when I called said, a repair guy was supposed to be coming. I had used them before, so I was surprised. I had used them over the last 15 years.
