Minute Man Sewer and Drain

The price was good from what I understand other people are paying. They came on time. They diagnosed the problem properly and they fixed it. There was a big problem and they did it in a relatively short period of time. The workers were very nice and knowledgeable. They explain things which I like. They took the time to explain what the problem was and how they were going to tackle the problem and also to give me a cost break down before doing the work.

I am really not satisfied with them. I would not be using them again the next time I am coming back to Angie's List. First of all, the first time we hired them we hired them to repair our toilet.  A young guy came and he was here for about 2 hours and when he finally finished he told us that he could not repair the toilet and that we would have to buy a new toilet. He put the toilet back on, as we could not afford at that time to buy a toilet plus to pay them because he charged us $295 plus $25. He gave us a six-month guarantee that he would put the toilet in whenever we go it but we could not afford to buy a toilet. So, when we finally were able to purchase the toilet we called them back. When we called them back, it was over the six month period and they charged us another $275 plus the $23.72 worth of taxes and we had to end up calling him back because the toilet was rocking after two days. I just think this was a horrible experience all around. When he installed the toilet the first time this time it was such an ugly job, as I had to get on my knees and scrub my tiles because of the way he did the grouting of the toilet. He did all of that and still the toilet was rocking within two days. Then he comes back and he puts this white sealing around the toilet and he did a sloppy job on that, as I could not get that out. It has been a horrible experience. I just want Angie's List to know if in fact you have this person or this company on your list do not refer them out to anybody because it was just a terrible experience all the way around. It cost us $800. The second time, he was not even here for half an hour. He also had a very nasty attitude both times he came. It was like he was doing us a favor. We were paying this man hundreds of dollars and he could not at least respect us. I do not know what that was about and both times he came he had that same particular bad attitude. Their punctuality was fine.
