My phone message was returned the same day, very courteous on the phone. Josh arrived 1/2 day early to our benefit and very quickly cleared the ice dam on our roof; they actually cleaned more snow than we'd asked in order to prevent more problems. Did a great job removing large icicles without damaging the roofs below.
Some confusion initially about pricing but job came in under what we'd anticipated.
