Neal arrived on time and showed proper professionalism and preparation. He had all the parts needed to do the job and there was no leaving to get something and coming back hours later. He showed consideration for our new floor and the garden outside by protecting floors and removing any waster material and debris afterwards. We asked if he could save the old glass so that we might re purpose it somewhere else and he made every effort to do so. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any of our questions about the job. He was methodical in his work and displayed a process of thought that resulted in a job well done. First he stripped the old framing materials like putty and paint, runs, then he removed any nails, pins etc., and removed all the debris. Then, one window at a time, he installed the window and set it level with shims. That was how it went. Remove one window, install one window. He then packed insulating material into the frame around the window to seal any draughts.  Next he cut the shims to make them flush with the window and screwed them into place and put caps on all the screws to hide them.  He then added the trim around each window to frame it  and covered the nails  to hide them. Then when he had all the windows installed he cleaned up inside and out and cleaned the windows of labels and marks with a special spray. Neal only left once to eat and came back in a timely manner. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his pride in his work.
