Krs Construction

Mr. Sharp arrived less than 45 minutes after we called.  He immediately pitched in and started helping us get the tree off of the roof and the damage covered, and this was even BEFORE we decided to have his company do the work.  He was very thorough when evaluating the damange, and we had a written estimate in our hands later that evening.  As with all "damage" repairs, Mr. Sharp did warn us that the price might be different should there be additional damage that couldn't be seen until the repairs began.  However, his assessment of the damage and the work and materials needed to make the repairs was spot on, and the repairs were made for the original price that he quoted us.  Even better, when we gave our estimate to the insurance adjuster and told him we could get another estimate if required by our policy, our insurance adjuster said that the estimate from KRS Construction was VERY fair and reasonable, and the estimate from KRS was less than he had seen for the same type of repairs.  
True to his word, Mr. Sharp had a crew out here and the repairs made in a matter of a couple of days.  When the job was complete, the only sign that anything had happenend at all was some sawdust in the front yard.  Even after several downpours since the repairs, we have not seen one water leak.  Mr. Sharp even called a week later to make sure there were no problems or issues with the work, and to make sure that we were satisfied with the work.  I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Sharp, the quality of the work done or his employees!!
